Factory builder does not know what he's doing
Good product if the seller/builder knew what he was doing. I read some comments about the chain falling off but bought it anyways. Well I found the problem, whoever is building this thing doesn't know what they are doing. I noticed the chain and gears were not straight. Then I noticed the lug nut on the right rear wheel would not go all the way in. That's when I noticed this issue was the bearing was not properly seated in the frame. Once I took it apart, properly seated the bearing and repositioned the motor everything lined up. I also recommend you tighten all the (factory) bolts. After that everything was fine and my son loved it. But I shouldn't have had to do all this after spending $1,400 on this cart. I guarantee that is the reason many have commented on the chain falling off because the builder from the factory failed to do his job properly.
