Awesome sauce
I was born and raised in Western NY where the 'chicken wing' as it has come to be known was originated. This is the only sauce we use in our house. I have gotten to where I don't like them real hot anymore, just a little zing where I need a little Blue Cheese dressing (yes blue cheese, not ranch). We add a little sugar and milk to tame it down some. About 2TBS of sugar, a splash of milk and about 1/3 of the bottle. Never really too exact. I HIGLY recommend this sauce to anyone that loves their wings!!
