I was born and raised in Western NY where the 'chicken wing' as it has come to be known was originated. This is the only sauce we use in our house. I have gotten to where I don't like them real hot anymore, just a little zing where I need a little Blue Cheese dressing (yes blue cheese, not ranch). We add a little sugar and milk to tame it down some. About 2TBS of sugar, a splash of milk and about 1/3 of the bottle. Never really too exact.
I HIGLY recommend this sauce to anyone that loves their wings!!
Best buffalo sauce I have ever bought from a store. I have tried them all. The bottle says medium but I feel that it is on the medium to hot side. If you do not like your buffalo sauce hot, just dont use as much. When you order mild, medium or hot wings at a restaurant it is all the same sauce. It just depends on how much of the sauce they use to make it mild, medium, or hot. I definetly will only use this sauce in the future.
