The red and black looks great with or without the stickers. More classic frame than the curved Huffy HX Pro/Comp. Weighs around 24 lbs not 22-23 lbs like the aluminum Huffy Pro (steel HX Comp is around 27lbs) but perhaps it's tougher. One obvious upside over the Huffy is the wheels are bigger at 2.125 not 2.0 like the HX Pro/HX Comp and it's $178, the same price as the steel HX Comp, while the HX Pro is $198 . Downside is it does not have a convenient chain tensioner accessible inside the rear-wheel nut like the two Huffys, and not everyone might like the red. The seat is terrible and is only for kids if usable at all. Made worse by the fact that the seat post is quite short. Mongoose is trying to upsell taller (around 5'4 and above) adult buyers to the $350 "Title Black/Red Pro" or "Pro XL" or "Pro XXL" for those over 6'. The Huffy's come with uncomfortable seats as well but the post is longer and they aren't tiny so they are usable for an adult, especially the HX Pro seat. So account for $20-40 to upgrade to an aftermarket seat. I chose Schwinn and Bell for $25-30 each. Coming from a steel freestyle bike with 25/9T gearing this RS1 is light and fast! Even faster than the HX Pro I believe. It would be even better if it came with a chain tensioner and bigger wheels closer in size to the cheaper but much heavier freestyle-race hybrid Mongoose Rebel, which comes with 20x2.35. The RS1 like the HX Pro probably needs 20x2.2's or 20x2.5's to really shine on the street with all its bumps and obstacles, but the decision for thinner wheels was probably made for kids buying this to be able to race out the box on the dirt race track without having to buy smaller wheels.
