Delicious Mole from Oaxaca
I was born and raised in Mexico and this mole reminds of home, the flavor is an amazing balance between sweet, savory, and spiciness it tastes exactly like it's supposed to taste. I made chicken enmoladas for my family and they loved it. They shipped really fast and they have other two kinds of mole that I'm going to try pretty soon.
