Mizuno Men's Wave Rider 25 Waveknit™ Running Shoe, Size 7, Drizzle-Antarctica (9Laa)

I am a professional boxer and have been using mizunos for the past 3.5 years and have loved the shoe and results. I use the shoe for both strength and conditioning; and also running so it's always hard to find a balanced shoe that's also durable and pretty light. During strength and conditioning it's a lot of weight lifting so a shoe that can handle the load is very important and none of the mizuno's shoes have let me down even though they are primarily a running shoe. The running aspect is where they really shine I run between 25-35 miles every week and where I run through most shoes after a few months, the mizunos have lasted a few years. It's not always track running either often times I use them on the beach. They are very durable, reliable, and pretty light for such shoe.
