Second Pair - Sold on Mizunos

Bought these to replace a pair I have had for a little over a year. I use for very fast walking on concrete sidewalks every other day 1.5 to 2 miles. These have saved my feet and joints! I have a different walking shoe that I alternate with because I read it is better for your feet and joints to alternate. Does seem to work. These have excellent cushioning and stability. Durability is good. Replacement mainly due to bottoms finally wearing down. I did wear a small hole on the previous ones so I sized up on these. Since I wear thick socks, I am now sized up from 7 to 7 1/2 . It seems more comfortable.

Most comfortable walking shoes I've ever worn

Walking in these shoes is like walking on marshmallows. I don't have any foot problems, but I do walk on both pine needles paths with tree roots and rocky dirt roads for miles at a time. I highly recommend that you size up if you are between sizes. I wear a 7 1/2 to an eight and the eight fits me with cotton summer socks on.

Love these shoes

I have never worn Mizuno's before, but I do love these shoes! I use these shoes for walking and for work. I have a sedentary job but use a sit-stand desk and I'd rather stand than sit and these shoes are so comfortable to stand in. I do plan to buy another pair.
