Slow process for refund

I ordered this through a third-party when it arrived. I noticed that the left side handle was broken. It was nice packed. If it wasn't broken I would've kept it but since eight got dented I sent it back I was supposed to receive a refund, but it has been weeks since they sent me my refund.
