It is enough elegant. Initially i wanted to put it with chairs but when we received and assembled it I changed the location. Now it stands over dining table. What i really like it has very smooth light because of the plastic sheet at the bottom of lamp so you have not sharp shadows on your face when you sit under it.

Surprisingly perfect
The lamp was very simple to put together. My husband and I really appreciated the engineering behind the lampshade. We expected something to go wrong based on the price. The base is very sturdy and it looks perfect in our living room.
