Came packaged very well and compact. Extremely easy to assemble. I put it together in 2 minutes, which included unpacking it. It's very sturdy and has a high quality appearance. It's heavy in a good way. Gooseneck is strong enough to support a heavier bulb such as a grow light, as long as it's within the wattage specs for the lamp. Has a solid, heavy base. It's not flimsy at all. The lamp shade is a nice size. Not too wide and not too skinny. The finish is nice and it was not damaged anywhere. No scratches found. Only minor issue is I wish it could accommodate a higher wattage bulb, but I'll make due. Would recommend!
