Key item features

Citric Acid has an abundant of uses in many applications some of which are the following:

• PH-Adjustments = safely acidify a high pH in formulas, food recipes and even soil.
• Bath Bombs = remarkable fizz for the perfect bath experience
• Food Preservation = jar or can fruits, vegetables or tomatoes with a dash of citric acid to preserve flavor and freshness.
• Plant Growth = Neutralizes alkali soil that stifles your garden plants without harming them.

Sparkling Clean

Citric Acid has been proven to inactivate water hardness and remove calcium lime buildup left behind from water. Use Citric Acid/Sour Salt in the washing machine, iron or dishwasher to remove water stains. It leaves no water marks making it an excellent ingredient for using in homemade cleaning recipes on dish/dishes that are safe and healthy. Citric acid is also used as a pool cleaner chemical to help remove tough pool stains.

Tip from Milliard: Add one tablespoon of Citric Acid to each dishwasher load to remove spots from dishes and create sparkling glassware.

Kitchen Uses

Citric Acid is all natural derived from sugar canes then dried and crystalized for versatility in mixes, cleaners and preservatives. If it sounds familiar, that’s because it’s what gives lemons and oranges their sour taste, but not always do you want that sour taste. Therefore, grab the neutral flavor of citric acid that is 100% pure, natural, food grade and NON-GMO to preserve, flavor and balance pH levels in all food related items.

Bath Bombs made at Home

Give yourself some me time in the tub with homemade bath bombs to destress your mind and body. Citric acid is a central component of bath bombs and Milliard's Citric Acid has a fine grain which will mix well with your other ingredients. Our citric acid also has a quick reaction fizzing time and your bath bomb won't get soggy at all. Alternately, use citric acid to make Bath Bombs (fizzies) for a fun way to keep your toilet bowl clean.

Effective as rinse aid

It's citric acid crystals, so what can I say other than it's very effective for my purpose. I use citric acid for my dishwasher as a rinse aid instead of the using the expensive products that are made for it. It actually seems to work better than a product made for the rinse aid cycle, and I'm happy with it

Multiple uses

I bought this to clean my distiller as it was much cheaper than the citric acid under the name of distiller cleanser on Amazon. I first bought a 5 lb bag and was very happy with the purchase. When I went to clean my water distiller, I realized on the bag that it was lemon flavored and was drinkable. I put 3/4 of a teaspoon with a 19 ounce glass of water and it tasted like lemon juice! I was amazed how great it tasted and it has the same slimming affects that grapefruit juice has. I was drinking a 4 ounce glass of grapefruit juice a day, now I have my 19 ounce glass of with 3/4 tsp. of this and it taste great! It is much cheaper and I can make it glass to glass so no big bottles in my refrigerator. Not to mention I can use it for other things that I used to be the liquids for like curing my henna for hair dye. Plus it has long term shelf storage in alot less space.
