I have a new home with an unfinished basement. This little thing works very well. Initially I wasn't confident how efficient it is having never heard of this brand, so I bought two. Turns out one would have easily sufficed. If your basement is around 1500 sq ft, one will do the job. Maybe if it's been super humid for a while and you hadn't dealt with the problem until you found some moldy books in a corner, you might panic and think you need a bigger unit or two units, but believe me, take your time and let this thing do its job. Empty it more frequently before it's under control but later you'll find one unit is enough to service the whole 1500 sq ft. I'm going to donate my 2nd unit since at this point, the 1st unit needs emptying once or twice a day in the heat of summer right next to Lake Huron and the 2 unit barely needs to turn on.

Fait bien le travail, fiable, pas trop bruyant et sans entretien si ce n'est que de rincer le petit filtre à chaque mois.
