Really enjoy these peppers and always repurchase. They impart a clean, sweet pepper goodness to salads and cooked dishes. While pieces are assorted sizes, each is delicious, easy to chew. BEST Roasted Reds you could buy.
Mezzeta's roasted red peppers are outstanding. The flavor is the best of all the peppers I've tried. There's a roasted red pepper and fennel arriabatta ( a type of spaghetti sauce) I make and this has the best flavor for it. One problem, EVERY time I have ordered this, multiple jars are broken, leaking. They always refund the amount for the number of jars that are broken, but it's a dangerous (broken glass) mess I have to clean up everytime. What the heck are they doing in the warehouse?
