Perform as desired
Excellent for winter to cut the wind and retain heat. Had multiple deer come within 30 yds and jacket noise did not alert them. Used as a top layer with layering (and heated vest, socks, and gloves all on lowest setting) during a 12(F) degree morning, never got cold and didn't feel the wind. It does not have pockets, which helps with retaining heat and one less thing to leak down the road, but I use a small pack to carry in. I do suggest breaking it in a bit. Hope this helps, y'all stay dry and warm out there.
