At just a “SLIM” 14mm wide this medical bracelet is designed to be cut to length and will fit wrists measuring between 5.75 and 9.0 inches. The Sport Slim bracelet comes with our popular stainless-steel matte finish double lock security clasp which opens accordion style to easily take the bracelet on and off.

The stainless-steel engraving plate measures 1.2” x .63” (30mm x 16mm).  The plate is CO2 Laser engraved with up to 9 lines (5 lines front, 4 lines back) of engraving and 22 characters per line. Engraving on the reverse side not only allows for additional information but is also a great hiding place for the medical information you would prefer to be more discrete. If the back is used for engraving, we suggest adding SEE BACK SIDE onto the front.
