SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Universal Medical Data will accept the return of all merchandise if it is returned within thirty (30) days of purchase and that the product is returned new, unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered. Product warranty is 6 months from the date of purchase. Extended warranty for 24 months on all USB components and 24 months on custom engraving guaranteed against any chipping or fading. WARRANTY: All of our products are warrantied for six months* from the date of purchase. If your product should fail for any reason (other than misuse, neglect) UMD will send a complete replacement product or will replace the failed component. This decision will be at the sole discretion of UMD. *All USB electronic flash drives are warrantied for a period of 24 months. All engraving is warrantied for a period of 24 months against any fading.
