I have had Lively for about 10 years. I have a heart condition and feel much more secure having this. I especially like that on their website I can go in and put all of my medication‘s my doctors and any medical conditions to be concerned about so that if they need to call 911 they have all of my information. If you just press the button quickly it goes to them and you can tell them the situation and they will call 911 if needed.If you hold it down for five seconds it will go directly to 911 but you must be able to tell them where you are . So if you can't do that then just push the button quickly and it goes right to Lively. they're very very quick at picking up.
