Cover your wounds and protect cuts and abrasions with non-woven, non-sterile McKesson adhesive gauze. It is an island-style band dressing that measures 6 inches x 6 inches, which is suitable to cover a large range of wound sizes. The McKesson dressing has 3 layers; a low-adherent layer that protects the wound surface, an absorbent gauze layer that absorbs fluids and a non-woven adhesive tape border that holds your dressing securely in place. The gauze island layer measures 4 inches x 4 inches. Apply this water-resistant McKesson dressing to wounds with light to moderate fluid amounts as either a primary or secondary dressing. Use the gauze with topical creams and ointments to optimize your recovery. This gauze dressing is an efficient and hygienic alternative to using gauze and adhesive tape to create custom dressings. It is an ideal dressing for inclusion in a home first aid kits or use in healthcare settings.
