Nice set of eye shadow, but Matte not powder?

This Maybelline, The City Mini Eye Shadow Palette Makeup, in Skyscape Dusk colors has nice colors. However, I thought it would be powdering eye shadow, it seems to be matte instead of powder. I do not like matte eye shadow. I will try and see if maybe the colors are very compacted and will go on like powdering eye shadow. If it is indeed matte eye shadow, I will have to toss it out.

This makeup did not look or go on as the color that it appears online. For the price it should of at least looked like it was advertised. It came with no applicator at all. It went on smoothly and didn't break up. But all in all I would not recommend it unless your willing to except whatever color they send. It had the right color name but didn't go on as the one I ordered.

Disappointed in product

This eye shadow starts breaking up in container first time you use it, leading to lost eyeshadow as it falls out of container each time you try to apply it. I ordered two different colors and have same issue with both. I wont buy it again.
