Manual Color Steel Tile Ridge Cover Tile Angle Cutter Tool

Introduction:
The manual color steel tile ridge tile angle cutter, also known as a roof panel notch cutter, features a high-carbon steel forged blade head and utilizes a trapezoidal guide groove design for dual-sided positioning and cutting. It comes standard in the 820 model but can also be customized for various ridge tile models such as 470, 760, 840, 900, and 950 (one model for one type). Its functions include: 1) accurately completing ridge cover plate notching to prevent roof leakage; 2) equipped with extended handles and lever-based labor-saving structure, suitable for high-altitude work environments. This tool can process color steel tiles and aluminum-magnesium-manganese plates with thicknesses of 0.4-0.8mm, mainly used for waterproof construction at ridge overlaps in industrial plants, warehouses and other buildings.
