We paid for assembly and we had to cancel. we had company arriving on Friday evening for the weekend and your assembly people couldn't get here in time. The people called to confirm and I explained to him and told him we were told there was no problem that it would be handled. So he told me that he would see if he could make it by that afternoon as he was almost done there and not that far away he would call me when he was headed here. Welll at 9:30 that night I tried reaching himand left a voice mail. On Saturday he finally called and said he could be here late that afternoon was that ok, I told him no I've already paid someone else to come assemble it. Your communication s between customer and contractor is not good at all. I advised him that I wanted my refund asap. Well it's been a week and no word so I'm telling you I want ly refund plus the 125.00 dollars I paid to have it assembled now. I will go on social media and let everyone know how lousy your assembly crew really is and it's a scam.
