It works!!! So well!!! It easily blasts frozen fruit and veggies to Smoothereens. lol No lumps or chunks. I haven't tried it with ice so I'm not sure how well it would do but it seems like it would be fine as long as there wasn't too much. 1 TIP--I find the best ratio is to fill about half of the cup with solids and then add liquid to the fill line. The first time I used it I added too much solids and it blended the half of the cup closest to the blade fine but filling it that full didn't allow for enough liquid so the frozen solids in the other half of the cup never moved around to the blades. Shaking it didn't help. I had to empty out the blended part, add liquid and blend the rest. Since filling it only half way with solids, I've had no issue at all.

I've used it every day since I've got it. I have not had any problems with frozen things jamming up the blades like some reported you have to put the frozen stuff in first then your greens and then your liquid keeping in mind not to overfill I find it extremely convenient and easy to wash. I am so glad that I bought it would recommend to i‘ve used it every day since I've got it.
