This water bottle is good at keeping your beverages cold. But even better, if you add ice. If it was a double wall it would probably perfect. You need to make sure to clean all the little crevices in the top and mouthpiece. With the black it can be hard to see if mold grows. The screw top, sport cap makes it easy to use and spill proof. But due to the nature of moisture, if you are not diligent in cleaning the underside/inside of the top often %26 efficiently mold can grow. The only con I find for this water bottle. The volume of fluid it holds satisfies your thirst and hydrates you for a good part of the day, in the summer too. And it's hook makes it easy to carry when on the go.

I purchased this item because I wanted a water bottle that would hold a lot of water and keep it hot or cold. This fit the requirements that I had for what I wanted. It was helpful when it was hot to hold a good amount of water and keep it cool. Now that the weather has gotten colder I am able to to boil water and put it 3/4 of the way full then add cold water for the rest to have warm water to drink. If I'm lucky and made the mixture a little on the warmer side I am able to have won't super cold water the next evening. I've been using it for a month now and I am glad I made this purchase. I use it mostly at home and so I am not beating this water bottle around. I'm sure it would do well in my car as an emergency water. I also keep it in a sleeve to prevent scratches and dents on most of the body.
