A wonderful winter bedspread! I love it and would buy it again. Works for extreme cold weather with a blanket or two on top and not needing anything when the weather warms up a bit. This quilt is perfection in a cute little bag! It's soft, it's medium weight, it's cozy by feel and sight. The plaid is a maroonish red with the black; very accurate to the photos. The shearling is PRETTY! I will say, I'm not a fan of the pillowcases; they are very plastic but the cases do not take an inch away from this quilt. I am so, so glad I purchased this item and you will not be disappointed if you do so too. It's perfect as a gift for someone, or just for yourself.
