I'm an 18/20 and according to the sizing chart, I should have gotten an XXL. Glad I didn't because I could barely get the XXXL on. Once on, the fit is just right. The high waist doesn't roll down and there is no rolling up in the legs. Compression is also firm but not enough to keep you from being able to breath, lol. I have other shapewear from Maidenform and would say you need to size up across the board if you are an apple shape and carry all your weight in your belly. So far, I like the quality and feel of Maidenform and would recommend them as a daily shapewear brand.

Cheap Smoothing Alternative to Traditional Garment

The Maidenform Womens Shapewear with Tummy Control is a great alternative to wearing the compression garments from my plastic surgeon's office. The shapewear has a great way of smoothing out imperfections from healing and swelling after an extended tummy tuck. It's light weight and not bulky feeling like the traditional garments worn after major medical procedures. The cut out in the private area is great for ventilation purposes, but don't try to urinate while wearing this garment...you will make a mess of yourself.
