Wear & Tear Explained: Madd Gear products are tough, durable and tested to withstand normal use but are not impervious to damage. Madd Gear scooter decks are extruded from 6061 Aluminum and then Heat Treated to strengthen the material further. This material is light and strong but is also softer than cement and stone often found in ledges at skate parks. Grinding the scooter deck along these surfaces will wear away the material and compromise the construction. This is not classed as a manufacturer’s defect and will not be covered under warranty.

This is a well built scooter that can support up to 220lbs. and has a 3 year warranty. The Sealed Threadless Headset and Threadless Steel IHC Fork are items you don't typically find on a scooter for under $100. I picked up one for my 7year son and he loves it.
