Durable.

hoped that this would be the answer. Sadly, as soon as we put it up, we saw two of our cats fully 'air' the gate—that is, they backed up, ready to launch, then leaped over it without ever touching it. It stands five feet tall. Cats are leaping animals! Works well with canines LOL

The height is precisely what I required. Thank you.

I own four felines. Three of her littermates and the mom, but the latter is somewhat larger. Given that the mother is FIV positive, I have to keep the litter away from her. The pet gate barely extended halfway up the entrance, so she had to leap it every time. Since they are currently apart, I like this cat door.

Good, lofty gate.

This is the only fence my dog hasn't been able to leap over, and it's quite durable. Since we intended to utilize it in a sliding door, we encountered some installation difficulties. The doorknobs were too small to fit through the gate. We really did construct a frame for it since we required the height. Though I would describe the tone as more of a brown, it accomplishes the job rather well.
