While I don't know if it really improved my posture or any of those sorts of claims I can still say it is an extremely comfortable pillow that works with my style of sleep. Other pillows I've tried either would go flat too quickly or were too hard. This one is firm, but still soft enough to be comfortable. Having the dip in the middle and the higher edges is fantastic for when I move between my sides and back while I sleep, too! My neck isn't over or under extended thanks to the height variations. I'd really say my only “gripe” is I recommend stitching around the snap button in the middle to keep it from coming loose as it seems to be just glued in place by default. But it isn't hard to do, and after stitching it to the top part of the pillow case (you stitch on the the stiff fabric square) it's perfect again

Ever since i started buying ergonomic pillows, i cant go back to regular pillows. My old one gave out and i was experiencing discomfort. Bought this one and immediately felt relief again. very soft yet firm and keeps your head elevated. i sleep soooo much better these days!
