Great recovery shoes

 The cushioning on the Mizuno Neo Zen took some getting used to at first, but once it clicked, it really stood out. The ride is soft and protective without feeling sloppy, which makes it ideal for easy days and recovery runs when your legs are beat up. It's comfortable, stable, and surprisingly versatile for how cushioned it is. I liked it enough that I just picked up my second pair, which pretty much says it all. Runs half size too big for me.

The shoes are so comfortable right off the bat. Im a nurse and these shoes dont make my feet hurt while standing 12+ hours a day. Absolutely worth the price tag. Im about to order a second pair of the same colorway just in case they discontinue the color I like. I recommend these 100%, i also recommend going half a size up to account for feet swelling and socks if you wear thicker socks.

i'm 72 but 40 year runner, 140 full marathon. always been a minimalist yet all new good shoes have the carbon roll plates which doesn't fit my 72 yo stride. neo send give lots of comfort without forcing an un natural, for me , stride.
