Rug looks very nice with current decor. Will say this however; the gold in this unit is really vibrant and not as subdued as in picture. Just so happens to fit my idea of how the area should look. Just saying....the gold part of rug is very bright. The slashing pattern is most attractive and I really like the fact that this rug, when walked upon, will turnover the tracking portion, from the white...to a gray hue. Not to the point of a dirty look, just mixes the the white with gray. Really meshes well and actually adds color. Bottom line, don't walk on it and expect it to stay white. Your footprints will turn it to a very docile (and in my opinion) a nice subtle gray in parts. Construction is on par, for this price point. Don't expect a "glued down" affect, but it does grip the wood floor....to a point. It will ripple slightly if furniture is not holding it down. But why would you not have furniture holding it down? On it's own, in middle of room? Spend a bit more. If your going to anchor it per above or place a pad....don't think you go wrong here.

this rug is high quality at a very decent price. fits perfectly in my living room and brightens up the pkace :) the description said the abstract pattern/color may vary. the design on mine was totally reversed. i can work with that, tho. very nice rug and soft. :)

the rug is beautiful. the quality is is outstanding. however the transport ruined it all. the transport had it lay in a type of gas or oil and I am still 2 weeks later trying to get the odor out I have used everything to dissolve the smell. I just don't think it'll ever happen.
