Instructions
1. Combine rice, water, and butter (optional) in a pot with a tight-fitting lid.2. Bring to a boil. Stir once. Cover with lid. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 50 minutes.3. Remove from heat, let stand in covered pot for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork, salt to taste (optional).To prepare in rice cooker use the same water-rice ratios.*If the rice is crunch at the end of cooking time, it may be necessary to add 1–2 Tbsp. liquid and cook longer.

Best Brown Rice!
I can only eat brown rice due to food sensitivities and hands down, Lundberg has the best brown rice ever! I love this brand in anything, you can see that they put a lot into making their products. It is expense, but well worth it. You can always taste that wonderful difference. Each time I buy another "organic brown rice," I am disappointed. I am so happy I found this large bag, and it came pretty quickly too. Thank you Lundberg for making my food so much more palatable.
