So many damages!

We just moved and finally unboxing the chairs to see damages all over the wooden part. I have yet to take out the cushions but so far we are not happy. We also bought two of these chairs so I'm hoping the other one is better.

Pretty chair but a bit disappointing

It's a really pretty chair. Should have taken ten minutes to put together but I had to do a lot of shifting and hammering to make the holes align, which was frustrating. It's pretty heavy so that didn't help. The legs were a bit beat up. The back is pretty low, even with the cushion. I didn't realize that when I purchased. The back pillow goes about almost half way up my back, I'm 5'6”. I did get two. I'm considering keeping them ; however, they aren't going to work in the room I originally intended them to go.
