It gave me such confidence to run wearing these, knowing that no matter what, I would be saved from any unfortunate leaks should they occur. The built-in extra padding is not even that noticeable while wearing, and also it does not look bulky. They are a little bit on the short side, and my cheeks were hanging out just a tad! Loved the shape though! I would absolutely recommend these amazing running shorts that protect you if you ever have leaks!
