Wrinkled, Poorly Packaged, Poor Quality

Stuffed into a tiny bag, folded and wrinkled in the most careless way possible, and lacking any real structure, this hat holds together about as well as a paper bag. The stitches were already undone as I unwrapped it. There's no wire of any sort structuring the shape of the hat. I'm not convinced anything can be done to remedy the deep folds and wrinkles. Very disappointing.
