Less hot than I thought.
Honestly a fantastic sauce. It’s less spicy than I had imagined. Definitely less heat than eating a habanero. It’s tolerable heat that seems to linger. I felt like I was using too much but it turned out to be just right. It’s got a lot of garlic flavor behind the pepper and the vinegar. Overall a tasty sauce, I would recommend it. I’m glad a single drop doesn’t make me keel over. I’ve grown a lot of peppers and now just enjoy hot sauces from different brands. It was my first time trying this brand but hit the spot for what I was looking for. I would most likely buy this again.
