Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2

I bought this controller in 2007 to play lotro and I'm still using it today. To give you a solid comparison, my boyfriend has also been playing lotro as long as I've been and he has gone through at least 10 controllers of various brands(including the wired logitech ones) and every one of them has broken in one way or another(it happened again tonight and that's why I'm searching for controllers again). I have dropped mine at least 20 times and it's still kicking. Yeah it's a little on the heavy side but you get used to it. My only complaint, and it isn't logitechs fault, is that I wore out the D-pad. I found this out by opening it up and found the rubber piece that essentially presses the buttons when you use the pad, got pressed and basically severed, right off it. I can't say it is a flaw in manufacturing though. I made great use of it. I taught myself to use the left joystick instead now and I've gotten used to that. I want to get as much use out of it before I buy another one. Now I'm trying to convince my boyfriend to try this one. (He is duct-taping it as we speak) He is afraid of getting used to the ergonomics and the cost of batteries but I think it is definately worth the effort and I might change the batteries once a month or longer. It has lasted over 3 years for me already.
