Starting from the top, the directions could’ve been a little bit clearer. They’re not bad, but had it been a bit more detailed, I would’ve been done mi h faster. This couch is a basically a padded park bench. It is hard %26 the back cushions are like wafers. With all that being said, it has 4 stars because it’s significantly less than traditional sofas %26 it fit my budget to a T. So in the end I got just what I paid for, no complaints.

I paid to have his furniture delivered and set up. it was not I had to pay someone to come to my home and put it up. I have paid $89 a change to get it have y'all do it and it was not done. I called in and talked to Muhammad about it he said a refund for my $89 would be issue within 7 to 10 days it's been 2 weeks I called back this morning I talked to Muhammad and he claimed to not found my order because he didn't have my phone number and I was giving him the wrong phone number when I was not. I hung up call back in I got a Maria on the line and Maria has helped me over and beyond her call of duty so as far as the furniture fine that's why some service I got before today it was horrible Maria has done above and beyond what she was supposed to do to make me happy with this purchase and I thank her but the guy Muhammad y'all need to get rid of he's disrespectful he's a liar and he's a disgrace to Walmart thank you Debra price
