Missing assembling pieces, and faulty boards

I received the couch earlier than the expected date, I was so excited. The assembly was not as easy as it was made out to be. Once realizing that there were missing pre drilled holes that were needed, and the pre drilled holes that were there were in the wrong place. Later in the evening sat down and the boards that are meant to hold the cushion up on the frame fall through. They are not long enough to fully reach across once settled. Fell through every time. The back of the couch is in 3 pieces. There are premade holes to attach a bracket on each to the other back piece. 2 of the holes are not lined correctly, so unfortunately I am unable to connect them. If it was not up against the wall it would just fall off if sat against. The bottom of these pieces have pre drilled holes to connect to the base of the couch. A whole section was missing the holes. I contacted the company in regards to the issues. They asked for videos, and pictures that i provided happily. I then was told that I assembled it wrong. So I sent more videos. Then I was told to pick out a new piece of furniture from the site with the same cost. None were of that. I emailed them again and am asking for my money back.

The couch is very uncomfortable and it's very cheaply made the back of the couch has a small cushion and the backboard. You can feel it every time you set down on the couch. It's very small in size compared to the picture that I've seen. And it took me several days to assemble, and some of the holes didn't lineup. On the couch, when I was putting it together so I had to make some modifications just so that I could completely put it together.It's not something I would recommend anybody buying

The package was missing four brackets required to assemble one end of the couch. I wrote to the manufacturer and awaiting response and hopefully delivery of the four missing brackets!
