This is an awesome cast iron griddle.The first thing I cooked on it was 3 juicy burgers.The griddle kept my food slightly elevated and drained away excess grease. HEALTHY COOKING! The burgers was juicy and delicious. Clean-up was very easy with Dawn Power Spray and a sponge.I am looking forward to grilling right in my kitchen! I believe you could set this over a BBQ fire and have the same experience. A great product added to my favorite cookware!

Heavy Duty Cast-Iron Grill Pan

Pan arrived on time, undamaged, and no rust. Heavy duty cast iron pan with grill ridges is great, we used it for chicken and veggies. It was VERY hot for hours after grilling so be aware it takes a long time to cool. Cast iron, in general, is high maintenance cookware but this is definitely a nice pan and we're happy with it.
