Expensive but they last forever and keep food which has been frozen safe, edible and tasty for a very long time. They double the 'keeping time' of US produced cheeses and keep expensive European cheeses perfectly. I use them as much as possible. Worth the money, and make sure you get the right dimensions when looking at the specs.
