Smart balance is a healthy choice for me

I always use smart balance to use as an oil or a spread. When I've looked at other brands and compared ingredients I think that smart balance is the healthiest choice with a good taste. since I like olive oil, I usually buy the spread and olive oil, but this purchased here. I always buy over any other type or brand for my baking recipes

I've used this oil for years. Since it first came on the market. In sauces, frying, mixes, etc. I prefer the Smart Balance Cooking oil brand over other cooking oil brands. The brand claims to help with inflammation and blood pressure. All I know is it tastes good, light and easy to digest. I like to buy more than one bottle at a time to not run out during cooking/baking. Guys, this oil can be pricey! It is so WORTH it! you can sometimes find it on sale (still pricey) if you have the time to search for it. I'm not the coupon type.

Smart Balance Cooking Oil is different than the vegetable oil I have used my whole life but I have to make changes in what I eat now due to medical problems recently diagnosed with. I did like it and I know the more I use it the more I will like it.
