Lovely yarn and so soft. The color gradients are subtle from one color to the next. That is achieved by one strand of the previous color blended with the 2nd color, then 2 strands together to create a solid, eventually removing one strand and adding one strand of a new color. There are long lengths of each change. I started the neckline of my op down sweater in navy blue, which blended to navy and red. The next color change will be navy and gray... and so on through 5? color changes. I think the label photo is fairly accurate. My photos are a bit lighter and brighter than the actual yarn.

Page says it is 129 yards and 8 ounces. It's 4 ounces and 64 yards. Based on what it said, I needed a little over one skein so I purchased 2. Now I've used those two and will probably need 2 more. Unfortunately, it's now out of stock in the color I need. It is soft and supposedly washable. It does tend to split strands while crocheting but works pretty easily. I suspect this will become quite an expensive project IF I can find more of this color.
