I haven't actually used the bike yet because it has a thousand pieces and I hired someone to put it together and he is having difficulty. So I attempted a return and after going back and forth, they agreed that they would pay for the assembly and then they would pay me back after it was done. I'm still trying to figure out how to physically setting up the payment of the assembly of the bike when I have already purchased it and it will not just bring up an assembly. Too many issues trying to get this item in working order and not much help from the seller (who is a different company that Wal-Mart) I'm very frustrated!
