We love it

After 4 months we both still love it. We have high water pressure 80psi easily, so that is a factor. Having a flow control shower handle is helpful or else this thing will go through a lot of water quick. It is expensive but Moen has great support down the road. We have bought 3 more similar ones (round 8")

Problem with Shower Plate Wobbling

We purchase two of these showerheads...one faceplate is securely and tightly installed to the base and the other one is loose and wobbles, causing water to drip from the sides. I havce returned and exchanged 3 times and continue to receive a new one with the same issues. Is rhe faceplace supposed to be tight and secure to the base????
