Walmart comes up short on this one

The display panel looks good, but the remote programer doesn't work, therefore it's useless. The biggest problem is Walmart claims no responsibility but they did try to contact the seller.. Not much hope of getting a replacement. .However I have had a good experience with several other purchases.
