HART 20-Volt Lithium-Ion 2.0Ah Battery (Charger Not Included)

If you've ever bought a printer, you know replacing ink cartridges eventually costs more than the printer. It's the same with these batteries. What you save on the purchase of the power tool costs you more when you need to replace the battery. Just the battery cost almost as much as I paid for the tool with the original battery. I get it but I don't like it. Great for the company's profit margin, not so good for their then captive customers. The HART 20-Volt Lithium-Ion 2.0Ah Battery is a great little powerhouse. It provides HOURS of use with the amazingly diverse family of HART 20-Volt tools family. Depending on the tool the battery is used with will determine your usage time. The great thing about the lithium-ion batteries is that you have powerful use with very little slacking off as the battery runs out of juice. Usually, our previous batteries would slack off on the power the longer we used the tool. With this type of battery, you have almost full power until the charge is done. The 2.0Ah battery lasts about 1.25x longer than the basic 1.5Ah battery. A good investment. It is small and light weight which is awesome at making the tools easier to use and more enjoyable to use as it reduces muscle fatigue. We have been really impressed with ALL the HART tools we have at the quality and value. This whole line is incredibly versatile.
