Tastes Like Italy

This is my favorite sauce. It has the exact ingredients that a marinara sauce should have. The seasonings are balanced and light allowing the taste of the tomatoes to shine through. There is no sense in using San Marzano tomatoes if they aren't the star of the show. I like that they now have smaller jars available and kudos for shipping them in containers made specifically for shipping jars. The sauce is imported from Italy which makes it costlier but having the occasional treat of authenticity, makes it worth it.
