LUXE Bidet NEO 320 - Hot and Cold Water Bidet Attachment, Self-Cleaning, Rear and Feminine Wash White

Love it. Haven't had it long enough to see any problems with it, but several good things: Go ahead and get the hot water model, especially if you have clear access to your hot water line from your sink. I was able to use the ~10ft hose to drop down into my basement and bring up behind the toilet for neat installation. Run the self wash for a few seconds to get the warm water over to the toilet, and it's fantastic. The pressure adjustment allows for gentile all the way up to sandblaster, it's effective. Installation was super simple for the cold water side, since it's all right there at the toilet anyway. Could be done in under half an hour for someone that's not that mechanical. If you can replace your toilet seat, you can install this. The hangup I had was that my toilet's water supply line was a solid pipe with very little flexibility. It didn't have enough clearance to allow for the T connection to the bottom of the water tank; so I did have to run out and get a shorter/flexible hose to replace the solid pipe, but it was still all screw on/screw off components. It also comes with enough pipe threading tape to install at all places, it's nice that they thought of pretty much everything you'd need to have. 45 minute install including a trip to the hardware store. Some add-on's might be to replace the plastic hot water line with another braided steel line at some point, and replace the T-Valves with metal ones with local shut off valves (which would be nice to be able to do in the event of a leak), so you don't have to lose all water to your sink or toilet - but the equipment provided was more than sufficient. My wife was highly skeptical of the whole affair, but after much resistance gave it a shot, and loves it as well.

Wow! I was really curious how I would react to this bidet, I have never used one ever, so I went to install it today. Ok, so the package contains everything you need to install this unit and more. There are even two plastic wrenches and they were very helpful. So I could easily install the unit to the existing commode, although I do have a vanity that is not a regulation distance from the commode, so I had to work with the mounting holes that connect it to the toilet rim under the toilet seat using the existing toilet seat plastic bolts. Installed quickly, no problem. I turned the water off under the commode and flushed the toilet twice to empty the tank and used one of the included mounts to place between my toilets water tank water supply with shut off valve. Disconnected the water hose from the valve to the bottom of the tank. Put the mount for the hose to the bidet unit into the valves threads and tightened it using some of the included plumbers tape. Then I placed the plastic hose (cut to fit the length from the bidet unit to the fitting under the tank) onto the fitting and tightened the fitting that holds it in place using a wrench. Then I screwed the fitting for the water tank supply hose back into place on the new bidet fitting. Because my vanity has copper pipes, I did not know how to tap into the hot water. However, the cold water to the bidet unit allows it to work very well, you just have to be able to bear the cold water. The unit works very, very well and the install took about a half an hour total. I am very pleased with how it looks and functions.
