Heavy duty quality

Heavy duty durable, solid skillet with glass lid that has vent hole. Takes getting used to versus non stick teflon but cooks and sears similar to cast iron. Cleaning is easy with a little soaking and hot soapy water. Highly recommend compared to teflon PFAs. This skillet will last for decades if taken care of.

Amazing Pan

Excellent product purchased for 2 different friends. They both love this pan! Great size, easy cleanup. Doesn't stick, even heat distribution, great for one pot meal for 4 people. Recommend. I am purchasing for myself!

So far so good. Really too early to tell.

So far so good. Only have used it 5 to 10 times. Have bought 2 different nonstick pans in the past year - both started sticking, so I'm trying this stainless steel pan with peanut oil. Primarily for Sausage and eggs every day. For cleaning, have some what of a ritual, cools down, light sponging with soapy water gets most of the cooked on food. Soak for 30 minutes or more, then more sponging with white vinegar, Rinse anddry. That seems to work best for me. But like I said, its still 'new'.
