This was a lifesaver during the latest heatwave. We have always had good luck with the LG brand. It's working great so far! We bought two of these window units. One we use upstairs in the kitchen, dining family room area, and the other downstairs in the office and recreation room area. This window air conditioner is excellent. I paid a bit more for an LG product because I trust this brand. It is quiet as far as an air conditioners go, I could sleep with it on if necessary. It cools our 17X20 bedroom very well. It was very east to install.
